Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.edmarshalljewelers.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
- All orders from www.edmarshalljewelers.com above $50 enjoy Free Domestic 2 Day Shipping
- For the utmost security and expediency, www.edmarshalljewelers.com utilizes Federal Express exclusively to ship orders.
- All orders must be shipped to the address on file with your payment option.
All orders are processed within one (1) business day of receipt and verification of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2PM PST will ship out on the second (2nd) business day. Orders placed after 2PM PST Friday will be shipped on Monday.
Orders paid by wire will be shipped on the day we receive confirmation of the funds from our bank. The cut off time to receive incoming wires is 2PM PST.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

FREE 2 Day FedEx Fully Insured Shipping on all orders above $50.
Standard FedEx Overnight
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Some factors that may cause this to occur:
- Delays in credit approval
- Weather delays
- Other shipping/vendor service disruptions
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
www.edmarshalljewelers.com currently does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
E.D. Marshall Jewelers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
In the event that a package is received damaged or the merchandise is missing, please contact us immediately at (480)922-1968. Our customer service team will investigate with the carrier. Please retain all packaging for inspection and possible return to our facility. Claims can take 10-15 business days for processing.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
